We have chosen and built up the furniture by ourselves. This ensures you a high-end quality and optimal comfort. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds that offer a restful sleep. The sofa in the living area can also be converted into another sleeping option. Through the many windows, a lot of natural daylight enters the serviced apartment, which provides a natural warmth. Thanks to the roller blinds and the ground cooling, however, you can freely regulate the temperature! The terrace is also ideal for soaking up the sun or cooling off in the open air in the afternoon in the shade.

From the kitchen to the bathroom – a serviced apartment

There is nothing missing in our basic equipment! A Nespresso machine is available in the kitchen, as well as various utensils such as cutlery, crockery and other items. For your stay we provide you with soap, shampoo, fresh towels and linen. We also offer an optional cleaning service and turndown service if needed. The residential building has an elevator and its own garbage room, which is located on the ground floor by the hallway. The serviced apartment also has an intercom.
