Nice place in a convenient location 😀 - Early check-in. Comfortable apartment 😞 - Sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely, super clean, and comfortable apartment. A perfect home base for our first visit to Vienna. Moe was a top notch host - incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We had an issue with the skylight blinds and he worked diligently to get it addressed.A few specifics:- The beds were firm and slept great. - Lots of natural light, the window coverings kept it dark enough for me, but my husband used his sleep mask.- Quiet - zero noises from the neighbors, but there is a train track right next to the building. We actually found this soothing.Would 100% stay here again.

I highly recommend booking with Moe at this particular location - easy to locate, fantastic location to explore Wien both via transport and walking.Moe had the right amount of care and consideration, details were clear and communication was focused without being forced.I really enjoyed my time here, it's a perfect base of operations to enjoy your time in Wien.

Had a great stay at this apartment. Centrally located with supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The host also helped us with a dedicated parking for a fee which was very convenient for us to park our car.

l appartement 83 situé sur les toits offre une vue sympathique, tres lumineux et orienté Sud Est permettant d'apprécié une matinée au soleil sur la terrasse, un logement qui fut à la hauteur de mes attentes. a la fois excentré du cebtre touristique mais bien desservi avec le canal du Danube a 2 minutes a pieds. un logement parfais pour apprecie la ville de Vienne tant pour le travail que pour du tourisme. je recommande chaudement. je remercie encore une fois l équipe et tout particulièrement moe pour l organisation et l accueil.

Great location, just off a square which is connected by several tram lines, has a good supermarket and multiple cafes and restaurants (recommend breakfast at Cafe Menta and dinner at Wild). Apartment is super, with a view over tracks -- trains, graffiti, and trains with graffiti! Train noise may bother with windows open.. but was perfectly fine with windows closed.Moe and team are *exceptionally* friendly, responsive, helpful, and accommodating hosts.. unusually so by Abnb standards! I would gladly stay here again.

Moe’s place was as described, convenient to transportation (train station and town center, the ring), as well as the grocery store. It was clean and Moe was very accommodating to last minute change. Newly renovated building had all the modern conveniences. Would highly recommend Moe’s apartment for any length of stay.

Prima Stadtwohnung in guter Lage zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten 😀 - Sehr gute Lage trotz Bahngleisen hinterm Haus. Die Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt ist prima. Außerdem recht nah zum Prater und Hundertwasserhaus. Die Betten sind bequem und die Räume groß genug für drei bis vier Personen. 😞 - An den Geräuschpegel der vorbeifahrenden Züge muss man sich eine Nacht gewöhnen, danach alles prima. Für Liebhaber eines Badezimmerfensters ungeeignet. Lüftung ist aber vorhanden.

We had a great stay at this sunny apartment! Location is great, close to to the canal and to different trams lines. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all right at the doorstep. Moe is friendly, helpful and responsive. Good times!

Top Unterkunft! Absolute Empfehlung!

Very convenient for Vienna visits. Clean. Fully equipped and very friendly and supportive hosts! 😀 - The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you could need (really nothing was missing). Very nice layout and everything was clean. The area has everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, restraurant, grocery stores, etc). Walking distance to downtown Vienna (10-15min depending on your pace). Hosts were super responsive and friendly and helped us organize and extend our stay even though the apartment was already booked. 😞 - There was/is a major construction site right downstairs with sledgehammer work starting at 7am in the morning. That's not the fault of GrandQuarters of course, but I do not recall that being advertized/ communicated properly in advance.

Die Wonung ist wunderbar. Es ist hell, man befindet sich über den Dächern Wiens, e gibt einen Balkon, und es wird Kaffee, Handtücher und sogar Apfelsaft und eine kleine Süssigkeit bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung ist etwas teurer, allerdings sind dies alle Wohnungen in Wien. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr Zentral, und ist sehr sauber. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältniss empfinde ich somit als gut und der Gastgeber ist sehr Hilfsbereit und Reaktionsschnell. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft von Moe nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal bei Moe für einen Aufenthalt in Wien gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank Moe!

Ihana loma Wienissä 😀 - Suurenmoinen huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla. Parveke ilahdutti kovasti. Alakerran Spar-kauppa oli tarpeen. Yhteydenotot vuokraajaan sujuivat erinomaisen helposti ja nopeasti. Helppo sisäänpääsy oli plussaa. 😞 - Huonot ja muhkuraiset tyynyt.

A wonderful choice if you are in Vienna. A close local transportation ride to the city center and you are in the heart of everything. Really great value for such a beautiful unit and building.

😀 - Location 😞 - Mattress needs replacement

Tout est parfait dans l'appartement de Moe. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre et des transports mais aussi à 2 pas d'une superette bien achalandée ouverte jusqu'à 20h en semaine, c'est bien pratique. L'appartement est spacieux, ensoleillé, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et extrêmement propre. La literie était tout à fait à notre convenance, ni trop molle ni trop dure grace au surmatelas. Et la terrasse est un vrai plus surtout quand on a la chance d'avoir un temps radieux tel que nous l'avons eu. Les échanges avec Moe ont été simples, efficaces et rapides. Bref, un hébergement 5 étoiles que nous n'hésiterons pas à conseiller.

Spotless and comfortable apartment in a great situation. The host, Moe, was super helpful and very responsive to any questions. He dropped round some extra coffee pods when we ran out and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day too. The apartment is very close to the tram line which takes you into Vienna in about 15 minutes. Trams were frequent and easy to use. A couple of good local restaurants too. Highly recommend.

It was lovely spending a few days at Moe’s. The apartment is great, it had everything we needed for our stay in Vienna. Clean, organised, and comfortable. The location is also very good, with public transportation options nearby, and easy access to groceries and shopping. I’d recommend it and would be happy to come back to stay at Moe’s once again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Moe’s apartment. It was perfectly situated to visit the sights in Vienna. Very clean with every amenity with some excellent restaurants close by. Handy for the Wien Mitte main railway station. More kept us informed at all times. We would thoroughly recommend.

The location is excellent, with everything within easy reach, yet quiet enough to relax.
