Easy Stay with Everything You Need 😀 - The apartment was well connected to public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. There were several convenience and grocery stores nearby, and the kitchen was well equipped — perfect for preparing meals during the stay. The beds were comfortable, and communication with the hosts was quick and smooth. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and convenient. 😞 - On the downside, the bathroom ventilation could be improved, as it wasn’t very effective. Parking in the area can also be quite difficult to find. Additionally, the entry codes expire after the initial check-in, so it’s important to always keep the physical key with you to avoid any issues getting back in.

😀 - Я останавливаясь здесь уже второй раз, и в следующей поездке планирую снять эту же квартиру. Квартира небольшая, но есть все необходимое. Прекрасно оборудования кухня, очень хорошая ванная комната, удобные кровати и, что важно для меня, отличные подушки. Удобнейшее расположение : прямо рядом с домом остановки трамваев, самый хороший вид транспорта в Вене, до Оперы двадцать минут. В этом же доме - супермаркет, рядом кулинария, ресторан, кафе, маленькая кондитерская со свежайшей выпечкой, аптека. В общем - highly recommend! 😞 - Хорошо бы были бы в квартире и тапочки - slippers!

😀 - Nice appartment,comfy,clean,well ekiped.Food store just outside appartment ,you can by there all you need. 😞 - We have some trouble to open the door at arrival,have to call the manager,the shade on the windows didn t work properly...they resolved it next day.

Appartement au top 😀 - Appartement très lumineux idéalement situé dans un bel immeuble dans un quartier calme à deux pas du ring. L'appartement est bien équipé et très chaleureux. Le supermarché juste en dessous est parfait pour les courses de fin de soirée. L'équipe Grand Quarters présente dans l'immeuble est de plus très réactive et très prévenante. 😞 - Rien

Excellent stay - we loved it! 😀 - The apartment was a good size, fully furnished. It had a washing machine and that was brilliant. The layout was beautiful, and it was easy getting in and out of the apartment. 😞 - Everything was good

We had a nice stay in Vienna. The room was clean and comfortable, super close to a grocery store and trams. The host was proactive and friendly.

Muy bonito pero cerca de una via del tren 😀 - Para los altos y caros estandares vienes relativamente muy bien comunicado y no muy caro Muy cerca del centro en tranvia ( 2 a 3 paradas) Comodo y muy cuidado Ideal para solo pareja sin hijos Preciosa terraza y mucha luz 😞 - Al lado de una frecuentada via del tren con mucho trafico que genera un gran ruido nocturno al pasar

Wir haben ben den Aufenthalt mit unseren drei Kindern im Appartement genossen. Es ist grosszügig gestaltet und bietet genügend Platz. Die drei Duschtücher für unsere Kinder welche zu Beginn gefehlt haben, wurden nach einer kurzen schriftlichen Anfrage sofort geliefert. Die schnelle Reaktionszeit ist top. Das Bettsofa eignet sich eher für kleine Kinder, die Matratzenauflage ist nicht eben was etwas ungeeignet ist. Das Check-in hat super funktioniert so auch das Check-out. Wir würden bei einem nächsten Besuch von Wien wieder hier buchen.

The host is really great! They really care about their clients needs and make the stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, there were some issues in the apartment, but the host proactively asked if everything is up to our expectations and if we need anything. After discussing the issues, they came with solutions very fast. Amazing! Definitely made our stay very comfortable and full with good memories!

Great place to stay with easy access to city transportation to get to tourist sights. We ended up walking though since it’s not too far. Would stay again.

체크인 시간도 조정해주고 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡길수있게 해주었다. 집도 너무 깔끔하고 필요한 모든 것이 있었다. 따듯하고 아늑했으며 이상한 냄새도 없었고 슈퍼도 바로 밑에 있어서 너무 편했다. 트램도 근처에 있어서 어디든 편하게 돌아다닐수 있었음

Beautiful bright and clean apartment. Excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions and conveniently located directly on 2 tram lines. The building is modern and well insulated making it cosy and quiet. Moe was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and gave great local recommendations. He also arranged a cot and high chair for our baby. Highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce très bel appartement!Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes.Léger bémol pour les oreillers, mais rien qui nous empêche de faire une excellente critique pour Moe.Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et ce logement.

Had a great stay in Vienna - a short walk from local pubs and restaurants, and a short public transit ride from all the sights and attractions we wanted to see. The quiet area made for a nice escape from the business of inner city. Would recommend!

Мое був надзвичайно чуйним і уважним — завжди на зв’язку та швидко відповідав на всі запитання, сервіс на найвищому рівні. Квартира чиста та обладнана всім необхідним. Єдине, що варто врахувати — вікна виходять прямо на залізницю та будинок через дорогу, що заважало відпочинку шумом і загальна атмосфера навколо не здавалася затишною.

très beau logement, à 25 minutes du centre historique et 10 minutes du Prater. Accès facile aux transports en communs. Épicerie, café, pharmacie à 1 minute. Ce fut facile de communiquer avec Moe.

I had a wonderful time. I was sad to leave. The unit has everything you need from dishes, to pots and pans, drying racks, washer, nespresso machine, I found everything I needed. The views are just so lovely even more beautiful in person you get great lighting from every room. Bed was cozy, linens clean and nice quality. Decor is tasteful and layout of unit is perfect. Balcony is fabulous to enjoy a cup of coffee. There is a lift / elevator in apartment building so no worries if you’re carrying a lot of luggage as I was you will be pleased. Intercom system makes it easy to let up guests if you expect company which I did as I have friends in Vienna. Easy instructions from the get go and self check in made it a breeze. Private building very nice and well kept. Area is perfect just a short walk from city center. Spar grocery store downstairs made it convenient for me to pick up items. Restaurants across the street. Highly recommend Moe was proactive, always available and kind.
