We had a great stay at Moe's 2-bedroom apartment in Vienna! The space worked well for our family, especially with two toddlers in tow. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near local attractions. Public transportation is conveniently accessible outside your door. Moe was an incredibly responsive and kind host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this spot for families visiting Vienna! 🌟

大変楽しかった。今度は春か秋、もうちょっと暖かい頃に来たい。 😀 - 全てが過不足なく充実した施設だった。スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかった。 時期もあるかもしれないが、到着した直後はちょっと寂しい場所と感じたが、すぐにトラム等の便利さに慣れ、観光を楽しむ事が出来た。 😞 - 今回欧州でのサービスアパートの使用が初めてだった為、室内の設備の使用方法に戸惑いが若干あった。 我々は直ぐにスタッフと連絡を取り、特に問題は無かったが、英語をあまり分からない日本からのお客には若干辛いかもしれないので、欧州では当然の室内の設備(洗濯機、TV、食洗機、窓のシェード等)のマニュアルがあればなお可。

😀 - Апартаменти просто чудові! Квартира красива, затишна і з неймовірним видом на місто. Кухня та ванна укомплектовані всім, що тільки може знадобитись, дуже зручно. Розташування — ідеальне, поруч є супермаркет та зупинка громадського транспорту. Ми залишилися в повному захваті і точно повернулися б знову.

Everything about our stay was exactly what we needed and more! The place was very well located, very well equipped and a wonderful, comfortable base from which to explore Vienna. Whenever we needed something extra, Moe ensured we had it promptly and communication all round was great. We would be delighted to get the chance to stay again next time we visit Vienna!

Si lo necesitase repetiría. 😀 - Estaba muy limpio. Era cómodo. Camas cómodas. Cocina bien equipada para un uso básico de viaje. Dejaron bebida y unos dulces de bienvenida. Hay un supermercado justo debajo y dos paradas de tranvía también. Buena localización. 😞 - Todo estaba bien. Como sugerencia quizás un microondas en la cocina estaría bien. La cisterna se quedaba atascada ocasionalmente, pero se arreglaba pulsándola de nuevo.

Overall a very nice stay 😀 - The location is great, just a step away from the tram, but also walkable distance to the city center and the Mitte train station for those of us catching a flight back. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, bright and warm. Although our apartment was on the side where the big railway passes, we did not have any issues with the noise at all. We loved the extra touches that were provided in the apartement. 😞 - Although we were approved for an earlier check-in, the code to enter the apartment did not function. However, the customer service through booking chat was so fast and efficient that they remotely opened the door for us immediately. Later, we had no issues with either the code or physical keys in getting into the apartment. Another downside to someone may be that you do not precisely get the apartment you see on booking page, but a similar apartment of the same value and comfort. It did not bother us though. Only slight improvement that can be done, is the sofa bed, as it was a bit crooked and could be more comfortable for sleeping.

Very nice place to make your home while in Vienna. Very quiet upper level apartment. Host is super friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sie war sehr sauber. Moe war sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir bei Fragen schnell geholfen.

Merkezi konum ve ev rahatlığı arayanlara 😀 - Tesis kendi evinizde ihtiyaç duyduğunuz her şeyi size sunuyor. Geniş odaları, mutfağı bulaşık makinesi, netflixli televizyonu, bebeğimiz için beşik, mama sandalyesi her şeyi bulundurmuşlar. En önemlisi her mesaj attığımızda her durumu anlayışla karşılayıp bize çözüm buldular. Rahat etmemiz için her şeyi yaptılar. Mükemmel bir deneyimdi bizim için. Çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz kendilerine. 😞 - Hiç bir şey yok

I liked visiting here

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this city apartment. The most famous sightseeing locations in Vienna were only a short walk away, and we never felt far away from anything going on. I would highly recommend!

We had 4 nights in this flat which was comfortable and clean - the kitchen had everything we needed. The interior and fittings were stylish and well presented. The location was about 15 min walk from the city centre and we walked everywhere so it was a good location. The nearby square has a fantastic bar / restaurant called Wild Gasthaus where we had a superb dinner on the last night - nice atmosphere, very busy with locals and reasonable. The building itself was strangely quiet and we didn't see anybody else the entire time ! The flat was also right next to an elevated train line which had not been picked up in descriptions or reviews. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

Zentralere Lage geht nicht. Man ist perfekt gelegen um zu Fuss die Stadt zu erkunden.Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Wow, what an excellent stay we had here. Not only was the apartment in an amazing location in Wien it was just as described. We had ample amount of space as 5 adults and will definitely be staying here again for future stays and highly recommending to friends and family. I can't say enough about how helpful Moe the host was though. He truly did make the stay, even before we arrived with warning us stores would be closed on Saturday due to a holiday. His communication was fast and clear and he was always on hand for any questions we had. We were able to check in early and leave our bags in the apartment after checkout which really helped us to make the most of our long weekend without dragging bags around! 10/10 in all areas and I highly recommend this apartment for your future stay!

Easy Stay with Everything You Need 😀 - The apartment was well connected to public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. There were several convenience and grocery stores nearby, and the kitchen was well equipped — perfect for preparing meals during the stay. The beds were comfortable, and communication with the hosts was quick and smooth. The self check-in and check-out process was straightforward and convenient. 😞 - On the downside, the bathroom ventilation could be improved, as it wasn’t very effective. Parking in the area can also be quite difficult to find. Additionally, the entry codes expire after the initial check-in, so it’s important to always keep the physical key with you to avoid any issues getting back in.

😀 - Я останавливаясь здесь уже второй раз, и в следующей поездке планирую снять эту же квартиру. Квартира небольшая, но есть все необходимое. Прекрасно оборудования кухня, очень хорошая ванная комната, удобные кровати и, что важно для меня, отличные подушки. Удобнейшее расположение : прямо рядом с домом остановки трамваев, самый хороший вид транспорта в Вене, до Оперы двадцать минут. В этом же доме - супермаркет, рядом кулинария, ресторан, кафе, маленькая кондитерская со свежайшей выпечкой, аптека. В общем - highly recommend! 😞 - Хорошо бы были бы в квартире и тапочки - slippers!
